Prism

In this post, I discuss the APIs I developed for Prism, a connectivity-focused social media platform we built. I cover how we designed RESTful endpoints for user authentication, real-time messaging, and profile management, as well as the challenges of integrating third-party services to enhance user interaction and connectivity.

Pyre

In this post, I explain how we built Pyre, a machine learning-based fire predictor. I cover the process of collecting and preprocessing data, designing and training predictive models, and deploying the system for real-time fire risk assessment. Challenges in model accuracy and integration with alert systems are also discussed.

Optix 2025 Year

In this post, I reflect on my journey teaching Python basics to kids at Team Optix during the Scripps Day Science Camp, where I led programming sessions from 4:30 to 6:00 PM. I also share experiences from our Del Mar beach cleanup, where our team’s dedication led us to remove unusual debris like two shopping carts, showing the impact of our collective effort. Through these activities, along with memorable scouting adventures at Ventura, I’ve seen how hard work and teamwork pay off. These experiences have helped me grow into a leadership role, teaching me valuable lessons in responsibility, communication, and guiding others on their own journeys.

TARC 2025

In this post, I share my experiences participating in the American Rocketry Challenge (TARC) 2025. I discuss the process of designing, building, and testing our model rocket to meet strict competition requirements, including payload constraints and flight performance. I cover the teamwork involved in troubleshooting launch issues, learning from failed attempts, and refining our design for better results. The post highlights the technical and collaborative skills gained throughout the competition, as well as the excitement of launch day and the satisfaction of seeing our hard work pay off.
